Title A name given to the resource GAEL: Sistema lúdico de diagnóstico empático Description An account of the resource Características como la empatía, la cooperación y la toma de perspectiva, son habilidades necesarias para afrontar y resolver complejos retos sociales en una sociedad en constante cambio. Este trabajo es el resultado de un proyecto de creación en el que se desarrolló el prototipo de un dispositivo lúdico que tiene como fin evidenciar si a través de él, la cooperación es promovida. El sistema físico de dicho dispositivo está compuesto por dos “controles” idénticos y una aplicación móvil instalada en una tableta. Los controles son manipulados por los jugadores y están diseñados para captar acciones físicas de los participantes como movimiento y sonido. A través de elementos de gamificación, se diseñó el sistema de tal manera que dichas acciones captadas por él pudieran ayudar a evidenciar si los participantes estaban cooperando entre ellos, lo anterior se evidenció con un indicador de logro del propósito del juego. Del mismo modo el sistema lúdico se diseñó de manera que al usar herramientas de investigación cualitativa como la observación no-participativa, los investigadores tuviéramos un espacio para poder observar y documentar la dinámica que se llevaba a cabo durante la interacción entre los dos jugadores. Nuestro proceso se centró en el diseño y desarrollo del control y de dos actividades lúdicas. Los resultados preliminares muestran que hay evidencia de que la percepción del diseño del juego por parte de los participantes es positiva. Así mismo se evidencia una interacción constante entre los participantes y un ejercicio cooperativo a la hora de avanzar en el juego.
